What Pixelfun does

The tool detects the main subject of a photo and removes the surrounding background. It works with portraits, products, pets, logos and many clearly defined subjects. A before-and-after comparison helps you inspect the result.

Why edge refinement matters

Automatic tools are not perfect. Fine hair, fingers, fabric and objects with colors similar to the background may be cut incorrectly. Restore and Erase brushes keep the final result under your control.

Privacy by design

Image processing takes place locally in the browser. The current tool does not require registration and does not intentionally upload your selected image to an application server for background removal. Refreshing the page clears the active editing session.
